One-on-One Coaching

Our One-on-One Coaching Program is a consulting service for company owners, department heads, regional managers, and branch managers of residential real estate companies. One-on-One Coaching is the most comprehensive program we offer, and is the service from which our most successful clients derive the greatest benefit. Clients in One-on-One Coaching receive:

• Three one-hour calls per month with an MBPS Business Planner (Two calls per month if working with Dyan Dobbyn)
• One Open-Enrollment Boot Camp Attendance
• Monthly Teleconferences with Dyan Dobbyn
• Full Member’s Area Access, including our Management Tools

Management Tools include:

• Web-based Management Accountability Form
• Web-based Production Report
• Master Recruiting List
• Group Teleconferences with Dyan Dobbyn
• Downloadable MBPS Documents

One-on-One Coaching clients are strongly encouraged to attend Boot Camp before receiving calls and working with our Business Planners. Upon their completion of Boot Camp, One-on-One Coaching clients work directly with a MBPS Business Planner to implement the policies and procedures that will guarantee their success. Our Business Planners are hand selected by Dyan Dobbyn and are among the elite within the real estate industry. Unlike other "coaching" services, our Business Planners´ strength lies not only in their past successes and years of experience, but in their ability to effectively train others to implement the systems that made them so successful. They provide clients with expert advice on both general and company specific questions, while keeping them on track and instilling the confidence and vision necessary to make changes and move forward.

One-on-One Coaching helps clients develop systems specifically for their office and company, and is especially helpful for clients who actively recruit and are focused on the growth of their business.

One-on-One Coaching Clients also receive full access to the Members Area of our website. Our Member’s Area provides clients with all of our updated forms and the tools necessary to recruit, train, and hold agents accountable to a business plan. In our Member´s Area, clients can also use our Business Planning Calculations, which become an essential step in developing a real-world business plan and setting production goals. In our Member’s Area clients can also maintain their recruiting records using our Management Templates and Master Recruiting List. These are incredibly useful accountability tools that enable managers to track leads, schedule appointments, keep tabs on per person productivity, and manage their recruiting contacts.

Included in the Member’s Area is a copy of Dyan Dobbyn´s most recent Monthly Teleconference. Past teleconferences and previously recorded audio training sessions are also available in the Member’s Area. These audio files are available to download so that clients are able to listen to them in the car, away from the office, or anywhere!

One-on-One Coaching clients are also invited to participate in live teleconferences. Our Monthly Teleconferences are hosted by Dyan Dobbyn, and are attended by other One-on-One Coaching clients and MBPS Business Planners. The topics are generally based on current challenges facing the real estate community and how to prepare for any changes these issues may have on the future of your business. If especially pertinent, Dyan will invite an authority on the subject at hand to speak with our audience.
