As a new manager when I was introduced to your Boot Camp, I must share that my thoughts were, "Do I buy into this training or not?" After five minuets in class, that thought completely dissipated in favor of realizing that this is very special training and you are an exceptional trainer. Managing a growing real estate office using your simple but vital systems doesn’t make life easier; it makes it possible.

My most recent assignment was to oversee a newly acquired office that had been run down to a roster of only three agents. I relied heavily on the training learned in your Boot Camp and in fifteen months my roster now stands at 34 with a healthy balance of new and experienced agents and best of all, the pipeline is full. After being in real estate sales for over ten years, I was promoted to a branch manager position with Baird & Warner Real Estate. I have been a real estate manager/broker for 13 years and have built my office over the years by hiring and training new agents. When I started this process in 1992, I basically did it without a lot of formal support from my broker, it was more like swimming upstream, most brokers were hiring experienced agents from the competition and ignoring new agents. I built my own wheel and experienced moderate success.

In 2002, my company started a new initiative and introduced us to Dyan Dobbyn and her Management Boot Camp.
